Each of the GPs, visiting specialists or Allied Health Providers who see patients in the surgery operate their own independent practice.

Collarenebri is a town in North West of NSW. The town is in the Walgett Shire and is situated on the Barwon River. Collarenebri is an indigenous word of the Gamilaraay galariinbaraay, meaning ‘place of flowers’ or ‘eucalyptus blossoms’.
Collarenebri has long been recorded as a significant site for Aboriginal people living in the area. There are many artifacts and significant sites along the Barwon River. At Collymongle Station there are some very old aboriginal carved trees.
In the 2016 Census, there were 650 people in Collarenebri (State Suburbs). Of these Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people made up 42.1% of the population.
- Collarenebri is accessible by car and is approximately 8-9 hours from Sydney and 7-8 from Brisbane
- There is no commercial airport at Collarenebri. Access by air require travel from Moree regional airport which is approximately 2 hour drive.
Collarenebri community is served well by the Collarenebri Multi-Purpose Service (Public Hospital), which is located on Walgett Street. The Collarenebri Multipurpose Health Service provides a range of acute and Community based services to the community.
